Jeanine Wilmot Appointed as Director, Process Excellence and Quality for Mott Corporation

FARMINGTON, CT, [March 2004] - Mott Corporation has appointed Jeanine Wilmot to the position of Director, Process Excellence and Quality effective March 1, 2004. Ms. Wilmot will support all operating departments in their efforts to implement process excellence improvements throughout their operations. In conjunction with management, she will promote cultural change throughout the organization through specific training and awareness programs to ensure that quality standards are being met and maintained as Mott concentrates efforts on continuous improvement. Ms. Wilmot will also oversee management of the Inspection/Audit Department.

Ms. Wilmot has over 18 years of professional consulting experience in the specific areas for which she will now have responsibility. She has worked with a variety of industries such as pharmaceutical, automotive, industrial products, textile, construction, building products, printing and packaging, and consumer products. She played a significant role as a lead consultant during installation of Mott's ERP system during 2001, and most recently was a Managing Consultant with PricewaterhouseCoopers Consulting (purchased about 2 years ago by IBM Business Consulting Services). Prior to that Ms. Wilmot worked with Spectrum Management Group and Deloitte Consulting Group.

Ms. Wilmot has a Masters of Science in Business Administration from University of South Africa and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from Stellenbosch University in South Africa. She has had additional training in Lean Manufacturing, Synchronous Manufacturing, Reengineering for Results, Supply Chain Management, Project Management, OPT Software, Change Management/Organizational Design, Balanced Scorecard and Leadership.
