Michael Wilson Appointed Market Manager, Gas Filtration for Mott Corporation

FARMINGTON, Conn., [January 13, 2003] – Mott Corporation has appointed Michael Wilson to the position of Market Manager, Gas Filtration. Mr. Wilson will be responsible for developing the market for Industrial Gas and Hot Gas Filtration Systems in North American. He will also have significant involvement in managing the liaison with Bekaert Advanced Filtration, a division of Bekaert Advanced Materials (Zwevegem, Belgium) pursuant to the Alliance entered with Mott in June 2002.

Mr. Wilson most recently spent 7 years with Pall Corporation/Fluid Dynamics as an Account Manager of direct sales for liquid and hot gas filtration.

Prior to working for Pall, he worked as a Project Manager/Process Engineer for N.A. Penta Engineering, Charlotte, NC. He was Project Manager of chemical process equipment design, construction, installation and start-up.

Mr. Wilson has a BS degree in Chemical Engineering from Cornell University and a MBA in International Marketing from the University of North Carolina. He is also a Registered Professional Engineer in North and South Carolina.
