GasSavers deliver the optimum balance of performance and cost because their design is matched to process requirements. They employ porous metal gas diffuser elements which allow the introduction of tiny, micron size bubbles into a turbulently flowing stream of liquid. The bubbles are produced by forcing gas through the holes while flowing liquid across the porous metal surface. The surface flow assures fine bubble propagation by shearing off surface bubbles while they are forming. The small bubbles yield a large gas-liquid surface contact area per unit volume of gas. The large surface area allows high volume gas transport from the gas phase into the liquid phase and vice versa.

Because they have no moving parts to wear out or fail, Mott GasSavers are more cost effective and extremely durable. They offer substantial savings in capital cost, maintenance expense and gas consumption. Enhanced reaction time means higher process throughput and reduced oprating expense.
