GARY SCAIFE BECOMES BOARD OF DIRECTORS MEMBER
AND PROMOTED
TO VICE PRESIDENT AND CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
FOR MOTT CORPORATION
FARMINGTON, CT [March 2008] – Mott Corporation has promoted Gary Scaife to the position of Vice President and Chief Financial Officer effective March 16, 2008. He has also been elected to the Board of Directors.
Mr. Scaife joined Mott as Assistant Controller in 1995, was promoted to Controller in 2001. Prior to Mott, Mr. Scaife worked for 20 years at Farrel Corporation, a manufacturer of rubber and polymer mixing machines, where he held various positions of increasing responsibility in Farrel’s Finance Department. Mr. Scaife holds a B.S. in Financial Accounting and an M.B.A. in Finance from the University of New Haven.
