HyPulse® HyLine filters are
the ideal solution for process
applications requiring smaller
scale filtration solutions. Batch
processes or smaller sized continuous
operations require the same superior
filtration performance as large-scale
continuous processes do, just in
a smaller package. Mott Corporation’s
HyPulse® HyLine filters are
among the most versatile filters
available for these applications
that are found in throughout industries
such as Biopharm, Chemical Manufacture,
and Food & Beverage.
The HyLine
filter performs as a small process
filter, with backwash and blowback
capabilities. Mott
quality and reliability are reflected
in housing design features and
the porous metal filter media.
The threaded element connection
allows high efficiency filtration
without the limitations of gasket
sealed cartridge filters, and is
available as a single or multi-tube
element design.
Mott’s porous metal media
is permanent and cleanable, and
can withstand high temperatures
and corrosive environments. It
is available in various media grades
and in alloys including titanium,
nickel, Hastelloy®, Inconel®,
and 316L stainless steel. The
precise porosity of Mott’s
sintered porous metal provides
for uniform flow and distribution
of gases and liquids.
The HyPulse® HyLine filter
can be used in universal applications
including gas/solids and liquid/solids
separations, as well as steam filtration. This
filter can provide results for
feasibility, filterability, flow
vs. delta P, efficiency, backwash
capability, cake characterization,
cake-holding capacity, and precoat
performance. It can also
be used as a process filter, sampling
filter, polishing filter, and point-of-use
filter.
