Whatever the type of filtration, Mott all-metal construction
allows for permanent filters that are readily cleanable

replacement, and no disposal headaches associated with other

Catalyst
recovery.
Over the past 35 years, Mott has gained extensive
experience in the application of our unique filtration media
to the recovery of catalyst. Mott permanent filtration systems
can recover virtually 100% of expensive catalysts in one
pass with a minimum of product loss. In addition, fully
automated Mott filter systems eliminate constant operator
dependence and potentially hazardous operator exposure,
and can even be designed to automatically return catalysts
to the reactor for reuse. Mott catalyst recovery applications:

The unique inside-out filtration method incorporated into
Mott LSI and LSM Filter Systems results in a more stable
cake that traps solids on the insides of the filter elements,
completely eliminating cake bridging and channel flow problems.
The inside-out design also permits filter elements to be
placed closer together, reducing the overall size of the
