Spargers for Bioreactors and Fermentors
Our quick change sparger design reduces the time and effort it takes to replace sparger elements in bioreactors and fermentors. The porous metal element can be purchased with a uniquely designed adapter that allows easy assembly to the mating sparger tip and easy removal for replacement after each batch. These spargers are durable, corrosion resistant and provide exceptional mass transfer efficiency. They are designed to comply with ASME-BPE specifications.
Filters for Biopharm Processes
Mott also manufactures cartridge filters for vent, steam and gas line applications. These all-metal products provide superior strength, performance, and long life in biopharmaceutical processes. Mott porous metal performs in high temperatures, corrosive environments, and provides mechanical stability. Cartridges are available with 222 or 226 Code 7 connections and can be purchased separately or with the filter housing. O-rings are also available in a wide variety of materials.
Semiconductor
Mott Corporation offers the most complete range of all-metal filter and flow control products available in the industry. Our high purity gas filters and systems are designed in configurations ranging from 1 slpm to 200,000 slpm. Materials of construction include nickel, 316LSS, and Hastelloy® which provide highly efficient filtration for processes used in the production of integrated circuits. Products include gas filters (Point-of-use, IGS, High Flow, Utility Line), flow restrictors and orifices, diffusers (standard and custom) and a wide variety porous metal parts and assemblies.
